Test No Ester (TNE), also known as Testosterone Base, is pure, unesterified testosterone dissolved in oil. Unlike standard forms of testosterone (like Cypionate or Enanthate) that are bound to chemical chains called “esters” to slow down absorption, TNE enters and clears the bloodstream almost instantly. 
Because it lacks this time-release mechanism, it acts as a rapid, high-potency hormone spike.
